FreightCake provides a unified shipping management platform that enables users to quote, book, track, and manage freight and parcel shipments across multiple carriers. Our platform includes rate comparison, shipment tracking, invoice management, and analytics tools.

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
