How does FreightCake pricing work?
You pay when you ship. FreightCake pricing is built into the rates you quote and book.
Do I need a platform UI to use FreightCake?
No. FreightCake is API-first. The platform UI is included with every plan, but you can build entirely on the API and skip it.
Is the API documented?
Yes — full reference with examples, sandbox keys, and webhook payloads. Most integrations ship in a day.
Do you charge per carrier connection?
Never. All live carrier integrations are included — you don’t pay per carrier.
What if I bring my own carrier accounts?
Bring-your-own carrier accounts are not available yet. They are in development, and today every quote uses FreightCake carrier rates. If you have negotiated carrier contracts you want to use, join the waitlist and we will let you know when your carriers are supported.
